Your Complete User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pk386" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to pk386.net, its operators, affiliates, licensors, directors, employees, agents, and assigns, as applicable.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers an account on, deposits funds into, or uses any service offered by pk386.
• "Account" — the registered personal account held by a Player on the pk386 platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Services" — all products, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotions, loyalty programmes, and other features offered through pk386.net, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot games, sports betting (including PSL and cricket), crash games, and table games.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credit awarded to a Player's account by pk386 as part of a promotion, welcome offer, cashback programme, or loyalty reward, which is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money Balance" — the PKR balance in a Player's account consisting of deposited funds and converted bonus winnings that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification as required by pk386.
• "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations and procedures maintained by pk386 in accordance with its international gaming licence conditions.

By accessing pk386.net, creating a pk386 Account, depositing funds, or using any pk386 Service, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk386 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk386 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to your use of pk386 Services.

pk386 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their pk386 Account. The revised Terms will be effective upon publication at pk386.net/terms-conditions.

To be eligible to use pk386 Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
3. You are accessing pk386 Services for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of a third party;
4. You are not acting in the capacity of a professional player, syndicate, or group engaged in systematic gambling for commercial gain;
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from pk386 or had a pk386 Account terminated for a breach of these Terms;
6. You are not currently a director, employee, consultant, or close family member of any person employed by pk386 or any company associated with pk386's software providers or game suppliers;
7. Participation in online gaming of the type offered by pk386 is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the platform, and you are solely responsible for assessing and complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction.

pk386 enforces age verification through mandatory KYC procedures. Any Account found to belong to a Player under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the originating payment method, and all bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access pk386 Services, you must register a single personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your registered Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You are prohibited from providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the pk386 platform at any time. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether through different email addresses, mobile numbers, or names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk386 reserves the right to close all such Accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals associated therewith.

4.3 KYC Verification Process

Prior to processing any withdrawal from a pk386 Account, the Player must complete the mandatory KYC verification process. This requires the submission of:

• A clear, legible copy (front and back) of a valid Pakistani CNIC;
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet registration matching the Account holder's CNIC name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by pk386 for AML compliance purposes.

pk386 typically processes KYC submissions within a few hours during business hours. Accounts that fail to satisfy KYC requirements within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal suspended and Account access restricted.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk386 Account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. pk386 will never request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. You must notify pk386 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk386 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. pk386 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in the Account holder's name.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit at pk386 is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) and Rs 500 for bank transfer methods. The maximum single deposit is Rs 5,00,000. Daily deposit limits are capped at Rs 10,00,000. All deposits are credited to your Account in real time. pk386 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. The maximum single withdrawal is Rs 5,00,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. pk386 does not charge withdrawal fees on amounts up to Rs 2,00,000. Processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 45 minutes; bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT.

5.4 Withdrawal to Originating Method

As an AML compliance measure, pk386 requires that all withdrawal funds be returned to the same payment source used for deposits. If a Player's primary deposit method is JazzCash, withdrawals will be processed to the same JazzCash wallet registered to the Account. This policy cannot be waived and applies without exception to all pk386 Players.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pk386 offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins packages, weekly cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion at the time of the offer, which supersede the general provisions in this section where they conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds awarded to a pk386 Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the associated winnings may be converted to a withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and sports bets — may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward satisfying wagering requirements. Players should review each promotion's game contribution rates before beginning wagering.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pk386 actively monitors Account activity for evidence of systematic bonus exploitation. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing predominantly low-risk mathematical hedges designed to extract bonus value, using multiple Accounts to claim a single promotion, wagering on excluded games to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers. Accounts determined to have engaged in bonus abuse are subject to forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may be permanently closed.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to a pk386 Account will expire and be removed. pk386 is not obligated to provide advance notice of individual bonus expiry, and expired bonuses will not be reinstated.

All games available on the pk386 platform — including live dealer games, slot games, table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the respective rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any pk386 game, you confirm that you have familiarised yourself with the applicable rules.

All non-live games on pk386 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are consistent with the specifications published by each game provider and are available within individual game information panels.

7.1 Disputed Game Outcomes

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a bet, pk386 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. pk386's determination in relation to disputed game outcomes is final, subject to formal dispute resolution processes outlined in these Terms.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket betting, international cricket betting, and other sports available on pk386, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. pk386 follows standard international sportsbook rules for event settlement. In-play markets are settled based on official match data. pk386 reserves the right to suspend markets or void bets where there is evidence of irregular betting activity, match fixing, or data feed errors.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pk386 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false or misleading registration information or impersonating another individual;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with pk386 systems without human input;
• Attempting to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate pk386 software, payment systems, bonus mechanisms, or game outcomes;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using pk386 Services for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Accessing pk386 on behalf of a third party or sharing Account access credentials;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any pk386 software, game code, or proprietary content;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places unreasonable load on the pk386 technical infrastructure;
• Holding an Account while self-excluded from pk386 under the Responsible Gaming programme.

pk386 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Players. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. pk386 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible directly from your logged-in Account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions to existing limits take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Alerts — Players may configure time-based session alerts that trigger a notification when their active gaming session reaches the self-chosen duration.
• Reality Checks — Periodic prompts displaying the Player's net session position (time elapsed and current win/loss status) at self-set intervals.

• Self-Exclusion — Players may permanently or semi-permanently exclude themselves from the pk386 platform. Self-exclusion removes Account access and terminates all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk386 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence expressly does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or distribute any pk386 content or software;
• Create derivative works based on any pk386 intellectual property;
• Use any pk386 brand names, logos, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written consent;
• Frame, scrape, or aggregate pk386 content without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pk386 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk386 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the pk386 platform or any of its Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from game outcomes, sports bet settlements, or jackpot determinations;
• Interruption to the pk386 platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by payment provider systems, public holidays, or regulatory review procedures;
• Loss of Account data resulting from Player-side device failure, account credential compromise, or unauthorised third-party access;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, market data, or game information displayed due to a technical data feed error.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk386's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the laws of the governing jurisdiction.

pk386 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, payment fraud, or money laundering activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age;
• Determination that a Player is accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider;
• Any conduct that is deemed by pk386 to place the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform at risk.

Upon Account termination for cause, pk386 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real Money Balances that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the registered payment method following conclusion of the review process.

pk386 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes to applicable law or licensing conditions, modifications to pk386 Services, updates to payment processing arrangements, or enhancements to responsible gaming obligations.

Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players by notice posted on the pk386 platform and, where appropriate, by notification to the contact details associated with your Account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a specific future effective date is stated.

Your continued use of any pk386 Service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pk386 Services and may request Account closure via the pk386 support team.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk386 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute relating to your pk386 Account, a game outcome, a bonus decision, or a withdrawal, Players are required to first contact pk386 support via the 24/7 live chat facility to attempt informal resolution. pk386 commits to responding to formal disputes within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the pk386 support process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration institution under the governing jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
